BRYAN VELVE - Team Leader

Bryan Velve has been a licensed realtor since 1987. Since that time Bryan has SOLD hundreds of homes, but more importantly established clients and friends along the way. Bryan has a family that he cherishes and spends all of his available spare time with. Bryan’s wife, Luciana, is originally from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and his two boys, Michael and Nicholas, are both fluent in Portuguese and English. They live on the Westside in their family home, and his children go to a local school.

The family enjoys many activities in the community, and Bryan has been giving back to the community since he started in real estate in 1987. For many years Bryan collected food for the Food Bank by organizing his own food drive. For over 20 years Bryan has supported Kerrisdale Little League and the T-ball teams, and his own sons have both played on teams sponsored by him over the years. Giving back has and always will be the mantra of Bryan; although he will never mention it. In his own words: “ It is not for recognition but simply to help where help is needed and how I can…” Bryan supports many other charities, churches , and schools as well.

What many people do not see in the professional Bryan, the realtor, is an avid outdoorsman. Bryan is a very accomplished outdoorsman, and also enjoys sports such as tennis, hockey, golf, bicycling, hiking and others. Now as Bryan’s sons have gotten older they are now starting to go out with him to enjoy the outdoors as well.

Joe Vallee is a Buyers specialist.
